VDesigns (“VDesigns,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how VDesigns may collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit a VDesigns website, use the VDesigns Client Portal, communicate with us, request services, or become a client.

Clients are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should notify VDesigns if unauthorized access is reasonably suspected.

VDesigns may use third-party providers to perform services relating to:

Website hosting and infrastructure;

Website deployment;

Payment processing;

Email;

Domain services;

Security; and

Other technology reasonably necessary to provide VDesigns services.

These providers may process information as necessary to perform their respective services.

VDesigns does not sell personal information.

VDesigns may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

Provide services requested by a Client;

Protect VDesigns, Clients, users, or others;

Investigate fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or security incidents;

Enforce agreements and policies; or

8. Cooperation With Law Enforcement

VDesigns may cooperate with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies and other governmental authorities when permitted or required by applicable law.

VDesigns may preserve, access, or disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

Protect the rights, property, systems, or security of VDesigns, its Clients, users, or others;

VDesigns reserves the right to review governmental and law-enforcement requests and require appropriate legal process before disclosing information when applicable.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy creates an obligation for VDesigns to disclose information when disclosure is not legally required or otherwise permitted.

9. First Responder Verification Information

When an individual requests the VDesigns First Responder Discount, VDesigns may collect information reasonably necessary to determine eligibility.

This may include name, occupation, agency or organization, agency email address, credential information, or other verification documentation.

VDesigns uses this information for eligibility verification, administration of the discount, prevention of fraudulent claims, and appropriate recordkeeping.

Applicants should not provide Social Security numbers, passwords, financial-account credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

10. Data Retention

VDesigns may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, administer accounts, maintain appropriate business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

VDesigns uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information under its control.

No internet transmission, database, hosting environment, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Third-Party Websites

VDesigns websites may contain links to third-party websites or services.

VDesigns is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, availability, or content of independently operated third-party services.

13. Children's Privacy

VDesigns services are intended for businesses and individuals seeking professional website-related services and are not directed toward children under 13.

VDesigns does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through services directed to them.

14. Privacy Requests

Individuals may contact VDesigns regarding access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where applicable.
